In last month's WIRED Magazine, they ran a cover story on "Snack Culture" and how information has been reduced to little 1-minute clips, or sound bites. We want everything FAST and we want it NOW! With our appetite for all things brief and small, they included a section called "Spoiler Alert" where the plot secrets of some of the greatest movies and books of all time were given away with just a few words. Luckily, I had read or seen most of the titles listed, but I got a kick out of seeing how an entire movie or book can be cut down to just the bare minimum.
